Job Description
We’re looking for a Chief Operation Officer for one of our clients in the Apparel/Textile sector. The textile company is one of the biggest ready-to-wear exporters. Apparel experience is a must.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Textile/Industrial engineering
- 15 years of progressive strategic leadership in global manufacturing and supply chain
- Expertise in manufacturing, engineering, inventory planning, quality, and logistics
- Experience in strategic planning, change management, and diverse cultures
Job Description:
- Managing 2 million woven products production monthly across 4 in-house plants and outsourced facilities
- Developing and executing strategic goals for global manufacturing excellence
- Building a strong management team, supporting employee development, and accurate supply plans
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales for product costing and customer support
