Job Description

Kalmar Steel Alliance is looking for a dynamic Manager Operation to oversee departments and ensure smooth operations.

Company Context: Established in 2022, Kalmar Steel Alliance specializes in high-quality Mild steel/Carbon steel, offering ERW black and Galvanized pipes/tubes in Bangladesh.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with factory departments to meet objectives.
• Enforce compliance with operational policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygienic environment.
• Manage employee punctuality and equipment maintenance.
• Boost morale and motivation in the operational department.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor/Master’s Degree from a reputable institute

Experience Requirements: 8-15 years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in pipe manufacturing and steel structure.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Ability to handle stress and crisis situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email.
• Experience in managing transport operations.

Salary: Tk. 40,00 – 50,00 (Monthly)
