Job Description

Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for all DC and DR network devices.
- Implement Firewall policies, monitor and analyze logs regularly, ensure uninterrupted network and internet service at branches and Head Office.
- Execute SLA/AMC with vendors for data communication links and network devices.
- Ensure uninterrupted services for CBS, IB, NBL QuickPay, SWIFT, BACH, RTGS, and WiFi, maintain structured network cabling at branches, sub-branches, and divisions.
- Monitor, communicate, and ensure uptime of data and internet links, monitor and analyze performance, tack configuration backup of branch, data center, and DR site networks daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Maintain monthly ISP bills considering downtime, prepare and process structured network bills as required.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of IT or Team Leader.
Qualifications:
- Certification: CCNA-Cisco Certified Network Associate
- Additional network certifications listed
