Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1) Manage user feedback from various channels, including App Store (Google Play, iTunes), in-app feedback, emails, and other platforms, and respond to it in a timely and professional manner.

2) Analyze and organize user feedback to track and resolve issues promptly.

3) Collaborate with all departments to effectively communicate with users and provide timely updates on the status of their inquiries.

4) Develop comprehensive reports with data analysis and actionable solutions to improve the user experience.

Job Requirements:

1) Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali, with the ability to communicate effectively with users and internal teams in both languages.

2) A strong service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle user inquiries in a responsible and courteous manner. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

3) Proficient in various social media platforms, with experience in communication platforms being an advantage, IMO users preferred.

4) Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to changing situations.
