Job Description

Position: Manager (Co-Ordinator Architect)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand and communicate with consultant architects
• Producing presentation & working drawings
• Design development as per the architect’s guidance
• In-depth knowledge about RAJUK and other authority drawings
• Research and analyze to introduce new design trends

Employment Status: Full-time

Workplace: Office-based

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Architecture from reputed institute

Experience Requirements: 5 to 6 years

Additional Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of architectural design & drawing
• Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Hands-on experience with working drawings, RAJUK drawings, etc.
• Strong time management skills and commitment to professional development
• Good interpersonal skills
