Job Responsibilities:
- Categorize bank transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Effectively manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Oversee and monitor the efficiency and accuracy of all accounting processes.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
- Stay up to date on the latest accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CMA, or similar certifications are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including IFRS and GAAP.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero, with certifications being a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
