Job Role: Executive/Senior Executive, Patient Experience

We are the only ISO-certified aesthetic clinic in Bangladesh with expertise in Dermatology, Aesthetic Dermatology, Dermatosurgery, and Hair Transplant.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong communication skills and client handling abilities to join our Patient Experience team at LaserTreat Limited.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls courteously.
- Guide patients on arrival.
- Maintain patient appointments.
- Respond to patient queries and complaints.
- Assist patients with prescriptions.
- Promote products and services.
- Monitor sales and generate reports.
Desired experience:
1-3 years experience in call center or front desk roles. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
