Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative (On-site)

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Vacancies: 03

Location: Uttara-11, Dhaka

Requirements:

• Excellent typing speed in English and Bengali
• Good communication skills in Bengali and English
• Skills in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet
• Good understanding of e-commerce

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service via Facebook page and calls
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions
• Manage customer orders and follow up
• Regular reporting to team leader

Remuneration: 12k-15k (Probation Period)

Probation Period: 6 Months

Working Days: 6 days a week
