Job Description
- IT support for technical issues with Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments.
- Design, implement, and support services for Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, O365, and more.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly, identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions.
- Implement and support disaster recovery solutions.
- Provide technical services and support at the network level including WAN, LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Terminal Services.
- Communicate with customers to update on incident progress and any impending changes.
- Escalate unresolved service issues promptly.
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties.
- Understand and work in the ticketing system following assigned training materials.
- Execute project tickets and phases assigned by the Project Manager.
- Willing to work on a roster basis with a minimum of 2 night shifts per week.
- Requires 1-2 years of experience in the IT industry.
