Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new sourcing partners and Sales channels for agricultural products.
- Prepare daily sales reports and plan sales strategies.
- Conduct market visits, build relationships, and monitor competitor activities.
- Communicate with sellers and oversee product logistics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- Qualifications from reputed universities.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and analytical aptitude.
- Experience in leading projects and strong organizational skills.
Salary: 30,00-40,00 BDT
