Job Description
IT Skills and Experience
- Desired Experience:
- Experience in End User Support
- Technical knowledge of IT solutions including workstation, server, and LAN
- Windows OS, Windows Server/AD, and Microsoft Office (O365)
- Basic understanding of network devices and topology
- Experience in ITIL environment and first-level application support
- Strong customer service mindset and global team collaboration
- Computer OS troubleshooting, hardware/software installation
- Field experience with various technologies
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent end-user computing and infrastructure support skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with great communication skills
- Passionate about quality delivery and simplicity in solutions
- Can work independently or in a team-oriented setting
In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, hardware peripherals, and mobile devices.
