Job Description
Position: Senior Architect
Designation: Resident Manager (Architect)
Job Description:
- Coordination with Clients and HO team
- Taking instructions and comments from client and sharing with design team
- Preparation of architecture design and drawings
- Conduct modifications in working drawings
- Monitor design process from conception to construction administration
- Coordinate with consultants, check and modify drawings
- Attend field reviews, project meetings, and coordinate schedule reviews
Experience: 10 years
Location: Bangladesh (Dhaka)
Qualification: B.Arch
Desired Profile: Design and coordination experience for multistoried IT/ITES office buildings. Knowledge of Bengali language preferable. Good communication and presentation skills essential.
