Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a clear plan for customer and product development based on the target market strategy. Implement the plan effectively using company and external resources to achieve sales targets and generate profits.
2. Oversee purchasing, logistics, and operations to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address any issues during the delivery process to protect customer benefits.
3. Assist the country manager in team building to enhance sales team efficiency through training, mentoring, and fostering collaboration.
Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or related fields.
– Minimum 5 years of marketing and sales experience in the Bangladesh market for API and intermediates.
– Strong network with major pharmaceutical manufacturers.
