Job Description
We are hiring a Bio-Medical Engineer to join our team at Labaid Specialized Hospital in Chattogram.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Science or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in a hospital setting
- Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of managing bio-medical equipment in healthcare environments
- Sound knowledge of hospital equipment
- Experience in maintenance of corporate hospital equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure smooth functionality of biomedical engineering department
- Advise on planning, acquisition, and use of medical equipment
- Plan maintenance schedules and provide technical support
- Train end users on equipment operation
- Communicate with other departments and external sources
