Job Description
What You Will Do
- You will receive and address customer inquiries and technical issues via phone and email.
- You will accurately log and categorize customer issues.
- You will provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems.
- You will collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
- You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- You will stay updated on the latest software and hardware technologies.
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- You have a strong understanding of application logic.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in troubleshooting technical issues.
- You have knowledge of basic networking and cloud computing concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- You having experience with using ticketing tools (Jira, Trello) will be considered as a plus.
