Job Description:
- Position Title: Customer Support Executive
- Department: Customer Support
- Pay Structure: 1200-1500 BDT/month
- Reporting to: Admin
Job Brief:
Contact customers to confirm orders and handle customer inquiries over phone calls.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact customers to confirm orders.
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls.
3. Take feedback from customers.
4. Follow up on customer complaints.
5. Coordinate with delivery agents.
6. Conduct telesales.
Educational Requirements: Minimum HSC
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Skills:
1. Fluent in Bengali and English
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Proficient in MS Excel
