Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and strategy based on research, feedback, and goals.
- Create and prioritize product roadmap, feature development, and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into deliverables.
- Work with design teams to create user-friendly experiences.
- Conduct market analysis and research for growth opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback to iterate on product features.
- Manage product launch, performance, and optimization strategies.
- Act as a product evangelist and stay updated on trends and tech.
Technology Management:
- Collect user feedback and assign work for feedback incorporation.
- Communicate delays or roadblocks to senior management.
- Ensure timely delivery of each product version.
- Perform content quality checks and monitor product platform.
Qualifications:
– 1+ years experience in product management or engineering.
– Strong written and verbal skills in Bangla and English.
– Proficiency in project management tools.
Educational Qualification:
– B.Sc. in CSE or related subjects from a reputed university.
