Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Program Management at BuildCon Consultancy Limited located in Gulshan. The Manager Program Management will be responsible for overseeing and implementing program management, communicating with stakeholders, managing projects, and budgeting effectively on a day-to-day basis for BuildNation, a skills and employment program by BuildCon Consultancies Limited.
Qualifications & Terms
- – Keen ability to connect skill and education content with different organizations’ initiatives – private and government, local and international agencies.
- – Ability to listen, think critically, gather information, discuss programmatically, and document properly.
- – Demonstrated planning and execution skills with minimal supervision.
- – Tech or business graduates with 6 months to 1 year experience.
- – Remuneration: 20K – 28K BDT based on experience, Five-day workweek, lunch, and claimable allowances.
