Job Description

About 100FiX Service Limited: 100FiX Services Ltd. is Bangladesh’s only ISO-certified service provider for IT, Mobile/Tablet, and Home Appliance repair. 100FiX leads in after-sales support across IT, mobile devices, consumer electronics, and networking products in the country.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and review returned items from customers or service centers.
• Verify product conditions, warranty coverage, and return eligibility.
• Maintain accurate records of all RMA requests, approvals, and transactions in the system.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding the status of returned products, expected timelines, and any additional information needed.
• Update inventory records to reflect incoming and outgoing items for repair, replacement, or disposal.
• Ensure timely updates on return status to customers and handle any queries or issues related to RMA.
• Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments for RMA processing.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to identify patterns and improve product quality.
• Provide feedback to management and support product improvement initiatives based on return data.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation from any discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar field will get preference.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze data and report trends.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
