Job Description:
- Assess, review, approve, and cancel student files in CRM.
- Engage with students promptly for conversion.
- Conduct interviews, record approvals, and manage rejections.
- Communicate with students and parents, verifying documents.
- Prepare students for CAS/pre-CAS interviews.
- Submit reports and analyze refusal letters.
- Perform assigned tasks by management.
