About the Program:
– Womentor Program at Banglalink is designed to select and groom female engineering/STEM graduating students.
– 6-month mentorship with female engineers from Banglalink.
– Connect in hybrid mode with assigned mentor, attend monthly sessions, and share innovative ideas.
– Be an ambassador for Banglalink and work on employer branding activities.
Required Academic Qualifications:
– Third and Fourth-year students from Engineering/STEM background.
– Good balance between academic and extra-curricular activities.
Womentor Program Features:
– Career Counseling and Professional Development Training Sessions.
– Personal Grooming from a STEM female mentor.
– Digital Upskilling Workshop, Campus to Corporate, and Experience Day participation.
– Fast Track to the Banglalink Digitalyst Internship Program Interview.
– Receive a certificate after completing the 6-month mentorship.
