Role Description

This full-time role involves overseeing operational excellence at AKIJ Agro Feed in Nārāyanganj. Responsibilities include analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing efficiency strategies, and monitoring performance metrics for productivity optimization.

Qualifications

• Assist in establishing Operational Excellence (OPEX) for plant
• Ensure 5S & regular check OPEX activity
• Assist in Time study analysis for machines
• Identify efficiency of manpower and machines
• Assist in daily work progress analysis
• Assist in New product development strategy
• Perform other assigned tasks by Management
