Job Description

Role Description:

• Monitor and manage Government/NGO/Ministry tender announcements.
• Conduct market research, prepare tenders, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Lead tender preparation, compliance, and contract negotiations.
• Track and report tender activities and outcomes for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in tender management and government sales.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, writing, and submitting tender documents.
• Experience in government sector tenders.

Qualifications:

• Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in trading or distribution industry is a plus.
