About the Role

Our client, GRIT, a global product identification and traceability solutions manufacturer, is looking for a Channel Application Consultant to support channel partners and customers. Responsibilities include offering technical expertise, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Channel Solution/Development Managers to achieve revenue targets.
• Recommend technical solutions for partners and end-users.
• Align solution designs with customer needs.
• Train internal teams and end-users on product knowledge.
• Identify new business opportunities with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical acumen.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adaptable, proactive, and open to domestic and international travel.
