Job Description
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks related to maintenance activities, and oversee vendor performance
Key Responsibilities
- Scope of Work: Data center operation and maintenance, overseeing structural facilities (HAC, Fire system etc.) and associated hardware and software.
- Leadership Scope: Deployment of 3+ employees to ensure 24/7 operational cycle.
Duration: 24 months with monthly service. Monthly engagement with a team of 3+ employees on-site.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in related field. Certifications in HVAC, fire safety, or network management are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in facility management, with expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, or network infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing HVAC systems, fire safety protocols, electrical distribution, and network operations.
