Job Description
Position: Head of Finance
Company: Universal College Bangladesh (a concern of STS Group)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the finance department.
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts within deadlines.
- Ensure precise processing of accounts payable transactions and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare monthly variance reports and financial statements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and local regulations.
- Strong accounting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience.
- Master’s degree in business administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and accounting software.
