Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Innovate Engineering & Development in Dhaka. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and overseeing project delivery to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Project Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and address client needs
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an accountant is a must
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in the architectural or engineering industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferable)
