Job Description

A well-reputed group of companies, Rahman Knit Garments Ltd., is seeking an Assistant Manager (Internal Audit) to join their team.

About the Job

We are looking for an Internal Auditor who can enhance our operations through effective risk management, control, and governance processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting procedures and sound judgment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Auditors and oversee all auditing procedures.
• Perform internal audits following standardized procedures.
• Conduct audits at the factory level regularly.
• Identify loopholes, suggest risk aversion measures, and cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain communication with management and the audit team.
• Document processes and prepare audit findings.
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor interventions.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Masters in Accounting Discipline.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industry or discipline.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in industrial audits of Knit Composite Factory, Textile Industry, & Steel Manufacturing.
• Prior knowledge of the mentioned industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with pre-established auditing formats & SOPs.
• Proficient in English and Bengali writing.
• Skills in MS Office, ERP, and Advanced Excel.
