Company Description: Sonargaon Tourism, a leading tourism company in Bangladesh specializing in Sea Shipping.

Role Description: Full-time on-site position for a Sales Manager. Responsibilities include leading sales teams, developing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Track sales and manage ticket sales
• Promote sales online and offline
• Support customer queries via social media and telecommunications

Requirements:

• Fluent in Bangla and English
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Experience in mobile banking and managing financial transactions

Qualifications:

• Sales management, business development, and strategy skills
• Customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills for sales data and KPI tracking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Preference for experience in tourism, hospitality, technology, shipping, or travel industry
