Job Description

Raven Agro Chemicals Limited is seeking a Logistic Officer to manage cash handling, stock records, and reporting duties.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Cash handling & cash book maintenance / voucher preparation.
• Depot receipt & payment accounts management.
• Stock record maintenance & report preparation.
• Challan preparation & ensuring goods delivery.
• Maintaining distributor/party ledger.
• Preparing sales invoices & controlling depot stock.
• Posting invoices to software & preparing sales accounts.
• Supporting head office accounts department.
• Preparing necessary documents and reports.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting.
• Master of Commerce (MCom) or Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in relevant industries.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years commitment to the company.
• 3-month advance notice before leaving.
• Expected transfer within 3 years.
