Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administration and operational maintenance activities for application management.
• Experiences in managing Service Request/Incident for multiple applications within SLA.
• Ensure daily support & maintaining compliance.
• Ensure the planned activity & deployment as per organizational deadline.
• Ensure Change Management Process as per business requirements.
• Explore process improvement & simplification in OSS domain.
• Investigate and resolve complex OSS implementation and network problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Position Requirement:

• Hold Bachelor’s or above degree with Computer/Networking/Telecommunications-related majors.
• Strong awareness of information security and protection.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
• Candidates with experience in Managed Service (MS) projects will get preference.
• High sense of responsibility, track, and follow assigned issues until resolved.
• Familiar with Operations support systems performance analysis and improvement.
