Job Description
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
Source, screen, and select candidates for various roles.
Coordinate interviews and follow up on hiring decisions.
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless start.
2. Employee Relations
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts when required.
3. Payroll and Benefits Administration
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Manage employee benefits, including leave and insurance.
Maintain records of compensation and benefits updates.
4. Compliance and Documentation
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare reports related to HR metrics and analytics.
