• Checking bills/invoices from suppliers, contractors, and vendors
• Maintaining financial records, books of accounts, cash & bank book, and other registers

• Processing vendor payments, budget preparation, and bank reconciliation
• Operate petty cash, write cheques, and ensure timely payments
