Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships with customers, upselling and cross-selling products or services, and resolving customer issues. Additionally, the Account Manager will be tasked with meeting sales targets, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
