Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Ontik Technology in Dhaka. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and coordinating with the tech team to deliver exceptional solutions.

Daily tasks include client communication, project planning, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Project Coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Knowledge of tech solutions such as Web Development, Mobile Development, and Artificial Intelligence
• Experience in UI/UX Design and Enterprise Resource Planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Previous experience in a tech consultancy firm is a plus
