Job Description
Liberty Hospital Ltd is seeking a Manager, Admin who will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring quality healthcare services delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily administrative plans and policies.
- Maintain HR records and handle employee-related issues.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct training programs.
- Ensure smooth operation of OT and support services.
- Address patient inquiries and ensure quality service delivery.
- Manage medical and office equipment supplies.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Educational Requirements: BBA/MBA or relevant certification.
Experience Requirements: 5-7 years in a similar role.
Additional Requirements: Healthcare experience, strong managerial skills, knowledge of healthcare policy, proficiency in MS Office.
