Job Description
Fervent Multiboard Industries Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team in Jamalpur. The ideal candidate will provide support for daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, and assist employees with inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Factory Admin Manager with daily office procedures.
- Support employees with administrative and HR queries.
- Monitor factory cleaning and maintenance.
- Manage factory dining and dining accounts.
- Submit daily and monthly reports.
- Supervise the Security team.
- Manage office supplies stock and expenses reports.
- Execute tasks assigned by Management.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements: 2 to 3 years
