Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AGM/DGM HR-Admin and Compliance at Fashion Forum Ltd in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The role involves overseeing HR management, HRIS, benefits administration, training, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Demonstrated expertise in Training processes
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the textile industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
