Job Description / Responsibility

• Experienced in visa processing for ASIA and first-world countries.
• Cooperate with all departments, provide information, and prepare visa application documents.
• Offer travel advice, explore business development, and ensure exceptional service.
• Manage escalations, present sales reports, and address challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Ticket Sales and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Reservations/ booking (GDS-Sabre or others)
• Ability to work well under pressure and attention to detail
• Knowledge of reservation systems and ticketing platforms, strong organizational skills

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Travel Agent or Call Center
