Job Description

Join Our Dynamic Team as an Amazon Virtual Assistant (100% Remote)

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Assistant to join our team at G&M Salon Apparel. Your responsibilities will include optimizing product listings, managing inventory, responding to customer inquiries, managing reviews, and providing marketing reports on ad campaigns. You will also communicate with vendors for inventory management and order tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize listings for all Amazon products and brand page
• Manage inventory levels for all Amazon listed products
• Respond to customer service inquiries via Amazon
• Manage incoming Amazon reviews
• Provide marketing reports on Amazon Ad Campaigns
• Communicate with vendors on inventory management and order tracking

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience as Amazon VA/CS
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO is a plus
• Extensive customer service/e-commerce experience
• Resourceful and self-sufficient
• Proactive and organized
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written communication skills
