Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Assistant to join our team. Your role will involve optimizing product listings, managing inventory, responding to customer inquiries, managing reviews, and providing marketing reports on ad campaigns. Additionally, you will communicate with vendors for inventory management and order tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize listings for all Amazon products and brand page
• Manage inventory levels for all Amazon listed products
• Respond to customer service inquiries via Amazon
• Manage incoming Amazon reviews
• Provide marketing reports on Amazon Ad Campaigns
• Communicate with vendors on inventory management and order tracking

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience as Amazon VA/CS
