Job Description
Akij Venture Ltd is currently looking to fill the position of Area Sales Manager (ASM) at Akij Dairy Ltd. As an ASM, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and fostering strong customer relationships within the dairy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing area sales plans
- Establishing distributor and sales officer teams
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Conducting sales meetings
- Evaluating sales team performance
- Identifying new market opportunities
- Preparing sales reports
- Mentoring and motivating team members
Educational Requirements: BBA/MBA in any discipline
