Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team at a well-established chain restaurant with four outlets in Dhaka. If you are passionate about bookkeeping, have basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role could be a great fit for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Post day-to-day transactions in QuickBooks Online.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for each branch.
- Collect and review monthly stock reports from all outlets.
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Support in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless financial processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or ACCA part-qualified.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online is a must.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
- Experience in bookkeeping and stock management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Working Hours:
12 PM to 9 PM (Weekly 1 day off)
Lunch will be provided from the branch.
Location:
Dhaka (4 outlets across the city).
