Role Description: Full-time position to design and manage architectural projects, create 3D designs, and integrate spaces at OPL in Dhaka.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Architecture degree from a reputable university
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate development and architectural firms
- Practical knowledge in preparing RAJUK, JOLSHIRI, and other authority approval drawings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Software Skills:
- Autodesk AutoCAD
- SketchUP/3DS Max or relevant software
- V-Ray/Lumion or relevant software
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- MS Office
