Job Description
Position: Assistant Coordinator
Department: Compliance Department
Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Nature of Job: Regular
Reports to: Head of Compliance
Major Responsibilities:
- Review compliance performance
- Identify risk factors
- Prepare compliance reports
- Develop SOPs
- Assist in SOP development
- Other assigned tasks
Education, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum graduation in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of compliance/audit/risk management
- Intermediate expertise in MS Office
- Strong analytics, negotiation, and communication skills
- Team building and presentation abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Willingness to travel outside Dhaka
