Job Description

Modern BDF Agro is looking for a dynamic individual to join as Assistant General Manager / National Sales Manager.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Lead and motivate team with high energy.
• Deliver effective product guidelines for multiple Depots or Dealers.
• Train & develop Sales team and implement annual sales plans.
• Expand new market areas to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with sales & technical team to solve problems.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG, Food, and Beverage, Consumer Products sectors.
• 3-5 years in marketing sector and 3 years in the food section.
