Role Description: This full-time on-site role involves overseeing human resources, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/ Masters degree
• Professional Certification/ Training: PGDHRM, HSE Management System
• 5 years of related experience
• Packaging & garments Accessories Industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of various industry standards and laws
• Skills required: Punctual, Transparent, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, Analytical ability
