Job Description
The Assistant Manager-Admin is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across the organization. This role involves overseeing employee onboarding, learning and development initiatives, office maintenance, and travel management, while also optimizing costs and maintaining efficient relationships with external agencies. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in ensuring a well-functioning workplace by managing various administrative tasks, supporting the CEO, and maintaining a high standard of employee services.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Provide daily administrative support to Praava employees, ensuring seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, reports, and budgets to enhance efficiency.
- Manage bills, office repairs, travel arrangements, employee grievances, and cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, events, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
Technical Skills/Knowledge:
● Proficiency in advanced Excel
● Good Admin foundation knowledge
● Project management skills
