Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Customer Fund Management will ensure smooth handling of customer funds, payments, and account disbursements. Responsibilities include managing fund accounts, overseeing payment processing, and resolving payment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer funds, payments, and disbursements across financial institutions.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for timely settlements.
• Coordinate refunds, chargebacks, and investigate transaction discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications:
4-6 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of payment processes and financial reporting.
