Job Description

Sheba Platform Limited is hiring an Internal Auditor to lead financial and operational audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance our risk management in a fast-paced fintech environment. If you have expertise in fintech operations, risk, and compliance, this is an impactful role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Execution: Plan and conduct audits focusing on payments, digital wallets, lending, and cybersecurity.
• Risk & Compliance: Strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and data privacy.
• Reporting: Document findings, create concise reports, and recommend action plans.
• Stay updated on fintech regulations and drive compliance culture.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CIA, CA, or ACCA preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in audit, risk, or compliance, ideally in fintech.
• Skills: Proficient in audit tools, strong analytical and communication abilities.
